About These Prewriting Worksheets
If you’ve been taking your child through our complete prewriting series, then your child has already tackled many different types of straight lines.
In this set, we’re learning how to trace and draw curved lines that are in the form of letter C.
The first two worksheets lead students in tracing this shape within the confines of individual boxes. The third worksheet has them tracing between two lines, which is preparation for writing letters on handwriting paper. The fourth worksheet adds a little fun to the tracing mix with pictures to trace around. Finally, the last worksheet guides children in drawing this shape in a connect-the-dots type fashion.

For a young learner, prewriting is the process of developing the skills needed for writing, such as learning how to hold a pencil, how to use a pencil, and how to make individual shapes and strokes.
